
The perfect tea time dessert with the unique combination of sweet and salty. The nature pandan taste and coconut milk lastly one slup of the red tea you are ready to continue your day.
1. Prepare the mould using pandan leaves or opt for containers. Put in a layer of sugar on the base.
Bottom:1. With medium heat, mix all of the ingredients for the bottom part together in a pot until it thickens. Pour accordingly into each of the moulds/ containers and set aside to cool.
Top:1. Mix all of the ingredients for the top part similarly, pour directly on top of the bottom part and let it cool down.
Serves: 7 – 8 people
